The flagship event is the Food and Wine Classic in Aspen, Colorado, and The New York Times credits it with introducing the world's most popular wine and food events, as well as the best wines from around the world, to the public. It offers a wide range of gastronomic events in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Japan, South Africa, the Netherlands and Australia. In the past, Classics has presented some of the best wines in the world, as well as the best food and wine from all over the world. While the combination of food and wine is complex, the basics are simple to understand: good food - wine pairing creates a balance between the components of a dish and the properties of wine. Note: The feast offered by many vendors does not include wine, so the palate does become lonely!This fantastic festival begins with an unforgettable experience, and the food is there to tell the story, but it's not all about wine either, as the festival is dedicated to food. The wine specialist gives a comprehensive insight into the mating process, while the chef shares the inspiration behind the choice of dishes. After dinner, it's time to dine in the vineyard with a selection of wines from one of the most prestigious vineyards in the world. So it seems to me, after reading the Friulian food and drink, that dinner is as much about wine as it is about food, or so it seemed to me. Meanwhile, in Friuli Venezia Giulia, as the book is called, Mackinnon, Patterson and Stuckey mapped out the future of their restaurant when they opened it in 2004. I have known Robinson for 13 years and have been part of the Black Food and Wine Experience since its inception. Friuli quake with the duo from Boulder, and I am grateful for the opportunity to get to know him. The event will be an Asian-inspired skewer, featuring a variety of dishes from local and international chefs as well as some of the best black chefs in the world. The Food & Wine Experience
